Various Healing Cap Increases

Description
Description
This mod adjusts the overall healing cap and gives some character skills an increased healing cap for the character or his army as bonus effect. Most of these skills are for the vampire counts since they are a faction that greatly benefits from higher healing caps. If you have good ideas which character skill should also gain a higher cap or if one needs some adjustments, you're welcome to suggest it in the comments.

UPDATE:
CA fixed heal cap increase values, therefore, the values in the tooltips are now correctly applied

Changes:
  • general healing cap: 75% --> 100%
  • immortal horror: 50% --> 100%
  • the hunger: 0% --> 25%
  • curse of undeath: 0% --> 25% (for whole army)
  • curse of the revenant: 0% --> 25% on max lvl.
  • immortal will: 0% --> 50%
  • scarred vateran skill: 0% --> 25% (50%)
  • mistress of storms (Miao Ying unique skill): 0% --> 50%
  • zhao ming unique skill: 0% --> 50%
  • alarielle unique skill: 0% --> 50%
  • dedication to isha: 0% --> 15%

@MF Shroom This mod works as intended by increasing healing caps. There was a bug, where healing cap values were treated as absolute values. For example: A skill in the skill tree increased healing cap by "100%" --> that was supposed to double your healing cap, instead it multiplied it by 100, therefore your unit would have essentially unlimited healing. This mod, in addition to increasing healing cap with some skills, also fixed this bug until CA fixed it themselves. So now this mod "only" increases healing cap and all tooltips are now displayed correctly by default.

havent played this game in ages. I'm a bit confused about the implications of "UPDATE:
CA fixed heal cap increase values..."
Does that mean that this mod still works, still does what it sounds like its meant to do and is still needed and not redundant, and that since CA fixed the thing the tooltips in-game are now accurate?
