Description
Mid-century modern (MCM) is an American design movement in interior, product, graphic design, architecture, and urban development that was popular from roughly 1945 to 1969, during the United States's post–World War II period. The MCM design aesthetic is modern in style and construction, aligned with the Modernist movement of the period. It is typically characterized by clean, simple lines and honest use of materials, and it generally does not include decorative embellishments.

This asset is a functional elementary school, which is inspired by Mid-Century Modern design elements. In terms of stats, it has more capacity and range than the base game. Stats can be found down in the description.

Asset is made to blend-in with the newly released 'Mid-Century Modern' Content Creator Pack, visually and technically. It also carries some props from the same pack, hence the requirement of the DLC.

In addition to this, I'll be continuing to publish service buildings that will supplement the MCM look for Cities: Skylines players, in other words there is more in the pipeline.

Reminds me off the Apple Office Complex that had no use during home office times. Anyway, love the building. Great job :)

You wont be disappointed with MCM pack as I will continue to support the style with more assets and variations :)

@REV0 thanks for the answer :) Some CCP have service buildings, even the Seaside Resort published alongside MCM have some. But your approach is much better in one aspect: marketing :D I was not planning on getting this DLC, because the residential style doesn't fit my needs (to be hones, I was not even aware, that there was such a thing as MCM in US). But! Your extra buildings in the workshop... I look at them and now I want this CCP :D

The pack was originally supposed to have growables, supporting props and ploppable buildings. Service buildings weren't considered when I made the pitch as I had thought service buildings were more of the domain for a DLC, not a Content Creator Pack.

After I completed what was indicated in the contract, I had pitched the service building pack anyways (assets you are seeing being released), but the pack already had +200 assets and there was no time to add even more content.

Another great addition, even better as this buildings shape and form is so universal it can be used to mimic many other things. But one thing is not clear for me: why all those buildings were not created as the part of the CCP? Time constraint? By design? Or is it business secret between you and CO? :D
