No more retro vision pill

Description
Replaces the Retro Vision pill when encountered in your Item Pool with another pill from the pool. This means that if you do have a Retro Vision pill in your pool, you will be down one pill in the existing pool

Hey, love the mod! I was wondering if I could modify your code a bit to add more pills to this exception list then release that as a separate mod? All credit will be given to you.
