I'm discontinuing the support of this mod. If you like to have subjects that have your color I recommend the mod:

This mod is identical to Client State Expanded except it is less OP. The differences are:
- the through-vassal war goal ability is NOT present
- the client vassals do NOT count as PUs
- the client vassals do NOT have lower liberty desires
- the client vassals DO cost a diplo slot

In short, you get customizable vassals early game without them being too OP.
