Flags from 1 to 10 and from 11 to 19 can be scrolled thru with Q/E.

All free to build and doesn't have collision, means that you can plop them anywhere. Can be found in Power Plant tab.

Q: Why didn't you made a skin pack instead of making ton of items?
A: Due to technical limitations of game it's impossible to make skins for these flags.

Important: works only on 0.8.8.X+ since it use new code for free buildings.
