Spiffo Statue Fix

Description
You finally gain the strength to pick up the big Spiffo. As an added bonus, you can put him down too!

Picking up this statue still has the vanilla requirements of level 2 carpentry and a hammer.

B42 Update: A new Spiffo statue without the green pedestal was added in Muldraugh. I've updated this mod to include the ability to pick up that statue as well.

This was unironically one of the most important mods for me in B41.

@Frank, I've double checked and the mod is still working. Please note that picking up the statue requires level 2 carpentry and a hammer :)
