Description
This mod does two things:

1. Fallen Empires from Extra Fallen Empires are given the ethic "ethic_focused", which is used by Bug Branch to allow Fallen Empires to have fanatic ethics other than Authoritarian. All Fallen Empires from EFE should work correctly with Bug Branch.

2. Gestalt Fallen Empires have been given appropriate Bug Branch ethics.
