Based on the Johnny's mod "Johnny Max Level 100" but to the level 300 and the skill button uncapped.

big fan of how the skill dump resets at like the 200 mark and bugs out so you cant revert it once youve seen the screw up

there is a work around (kinda) use the skill point mod and disable this mod then when you hit max level enable this mod and you can then go to level 300
