Heavy Crate From Backpacks

It does what it implies from the title. This mod takes the code from the heavy crate from the mod "Backpacks" and applies it into the game separatly from the mod. This mod was made so my friends and me could utilise the heavy crate without the backpacks and the minigun that was present inside the original mod. Everything is the same except from the reduced slots from 10 to 4 for balancing reasons. Those values are subject to change as its a personal mod I made for myself and my group. When hold, the crate will slow you down by 30%.
