[WOTC] Ace Combat Pixy Voice Pack

(a Pixy VP already exists, but it's also an 82 MB big uncooked pack - this pack is a completely separate mod with cooked assets, drastically reducing its file size)

• Will not randomly appear on soldiers or civilians.

Most of his line pools have good variety, though some niche actions here and there aren't covered and/or have no unique lines for them.

His radio filter can make it hard to understand what he says sometimes, however this effect comes built-in with his voice lines, so it's either take it or leave it.

May contain some references to names and settings from Ace Combat.
