Map is good, will be better if path are created for vehicles, they are all stuck at spawn point.

Ну мне кажется, что растянутые текстуры не так критичны, как плохая оптимизация. В прочем ладно, может сам для себя этим займусь.

и при растягивании куба также растягиваются и текстуры, что определенно портит дизайн карты

У тебя хорошие карты. Но во многих домах, где достаточно было бы растянуть один куб, ты ставишь три, что по оптимизации бьет.
