-50% Campaign Army Movement (AI+Player)

Description
- Reduced all army movement ranges on the campaign map by ~50%

- Army stance penalties have been halved for all factions accordingly

- Khorne bloodletting decay has been changed from 2 turns -> 4 turns to balance the lower movement range

- Agent movement is unaffected


My idea was to slow the pace of the game a bit, giving the player and the AI more time to react to incoming threats and to generally reduce settlement-to-settlement snowballing.


Notes:
- Army line-of-sight is partially based on max-movement points, so this is also reduced here
- Not 'balanced'; there are many lords who do not get a guaranteed settlement on the first turn (e.g. Karl Franz)
- It is not exactly a 50% reduction due to internal behaviour of movement calculations for lords


! When adding this to an ongoing campaign, you need to play one turn in order for the changes to fake full effect.

Started a new campaign with Beastmen and theres a nasty debuff -50 movement for im guessing a cycle? Was able to move about an inch on screen which Im assuming is my bonus to movement buffs. Killed my campaign and will haveto end turn it out unfortunately.

couple of hours in with this mod and i like it. the game feels harder and have more strategic depth.

My faction leader seems to be able to move further as well. My faction leader has 120 move and my second army has 55. This is after some bonuses/debuffs. I am playing chaos dwarfs.

You will can move in early era game, but it too much interesting with game tempo down mods
