Shadow The Hedgehog (Remixed)

This character was originaly created by Nohara, from our smack studio discord server, before we could upload to steam workshop. Until now the only way you could play him is by going on the discord server.
Though with his permission I decided to Remix Shadow the Hedgehog and release him on Steam workshop.

Changelog:
. Jab has longer range and damage increase
. F tilt is a bit stronger
. Down tilt can reflect projectiles, and has more range
. Up tilt has bigger range and damage
. Dash attack is a bit stronger
. Nair has more range and is more powerful
. Fair combo's into itself a bit easier. While also being stronger
. Bair is very strong, and is a great pressure tool
. Dair has more range and is easier to spike with.
. Up air has more range and sends higher.
. Side strong is more powerful
. Up strong has more range.
. Down strong has more range.
. Neutral special is now a very powerful projectile that goes through blocking, and stuns, while sending straight upwards.
. Side special also goes through block, while also spiking.
. Down special is easier to hit and is a bit stronger.
. Up special is quite stronger, and sends upwards so that it combos into itself.
. Get up attack is unblockable
. Ledge attack can reflect projectiles
. His ultra has bigger range and power.
