Hey Captain, we have a situation at 101 South Broadway Street. Police went to this residence to do a welfare check on a female subject. However, upon there arrival, they were shot and killed. The unkown suspects within that apartment are threating to kill more officers and to blow up the rest of the block if we do not meet there demands..
