-----Breif history of Steam Locomotives type 110-----

The locomotive imported from UK to coincide with the to opening of the railway in Japan.
There are no same class locomotives, and it was the only locomotive made by Yorkshire Engine Co. in Japan,
It was the smallest and had lowest output compared to other locomotives imported at the same time.
It was used for miscellaneous work for a long time and involved in the construction of railways in various regions.
In the course of its behind-the-scenes work, it became known as the oldest locomotive in the fleet.
After its retirement in 1924, the locomotive was moved from place to place and is now preserved at Sakuragi-cho Station, Yokohama, where it was founded.
