[SCRIPT] One Hit KO for Dual Pistols

A custom weapon script that lets a single pistol and dual pistols to deal max damage in one hit.

Beings affected:
- Survivors
- Common and uncommon infected
- Special Infected including Tanks and Witches

There is no risk of self injury for yourself and teammates should they equip frag rounds. Self injury with using frag rounds only affects primary weapons.
