NB

Based off a buddy of mine, NB is heavily influenced by edgy characters from the sonic and db franchises. He IS speed, but lacks power outside of his aerials, and can be KO'd easily.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: CHAOS SPEAR
Three slow startup homing projectiles. Great for starting offence since NB runs faster than the projectiles.

SIDE SPECIAL: FLYING HEDGEHOG
NB quickly launches himself forward in a ball, covering good distance. This attack can also be angled upward or downward if the respective button is pressed quickly after initiating the move. If this attack misses an opponent, only Up Special can be used until he lands.

UP SPECIAL: ROSE FLIGHT
NB moves upward quickly, creating a trail of pink mist. This mist can damage opponents slightly. Only Down Air (a dive kick) can be used after executing this move - unless he lands of course.

DOWN SPECIAL: CHAOS CONTROL
A tricky to use move that will freeze nearby foes in place for a short time. If used well, a Strong attack can be used to hit a frozen opponent for good damage.

ULTRA: EAT 'EM UP
NB uses his favorite cereal to punish foes around and above him. This attack is great as a combo ender.

ALT ULTRA: CHAOS DIVE
While in air, press down immediately after activating Ultra to perform this powerful divekick. It has the same trajectory as his down air, but moves much faster.

OTHER NOTES
Land animation after hitting an opponent with Forward Air can be cancelled into other attacks.
