Okran's Valley Deforested

I always thought the forest environment of Okran's Valley was a little strange considering the ground is all sandy dunes, so I made it more desert/savanna-like. Smaller trees, shrubs, and grass stretch across the dunes now. Like a beach but inland.

- Deleted most of the large pine-tree foliage layers
+ Added some desert grass layers
+ Increased ground texture fade distance, was abnormally low before.
