Gas Masks for All

Description
This mod is the standalone Gas Mask version of Hive Soldiers Expanded WITHOUT race restrictions. If you'd like the full mod with stat tweaks, please use the link below:

New Item:
Gas Mask which can be equipped in the belt slot. It provides 100% Weather Protection against Gas and it also has 5% head coverage, so you may get lucky and it can save your life! The resistance stats are identical to the Swamp Ninja Mask; using the edits from No Cut Efficiency - located at this link: (Note: You do NOT need No Cut Efficiency to use Gas Masks For All. Gas Masks For All is 100% standalone. I simply used the same stats from No Cut Efficiency)

The Gas Mask and blueprint are sold in the Swamp, and by Shinobi vendors. The blueprint is also rarely sold at The Great Library in Black Scratch.

Since this mod only ADDS items to the game and makes no changes, it can be kept fairly high in load order. It is fully compatible with my Hive Soldiers Expanded mod. The Gas Mask in this mod is NOT race dependant and is therefore a completely new item. Feel free to use both mods if you want all your characters to have gas masks! As for other compatibility, even if you're using mods that heavily edit vendor lists, since this mod adds the item to the vendor list, it should still show up in most cases.

P.S. I've been asked to make quite a few patches to my original Hive Soldier Gas Mask mod to make it equipable on custom Hive races. There are a lot of custom race mods out there, so instead of making a million patches, this mod can be used to equip the Gas Mask on any character, regardless of race.

@2PercentNate — I couldn't resist and dared to publish this fix for your mod as a dependent patch, here is the link:

You are free to use the female mesh from this patch if you suddenly become too lazy to make it yourself, and use it to update your main mod - in this case, I will simply mark my patch as [OBSOLETE] and then delete it a little later.

@2PercentNate Thanks for the reply! No worries - it's embarrassing to say, but I learned Blender last night and made the fix myself - and I was just about to ask you for permission to publish it on my workshop as a dependent patch to yours awesome mod - if you'll let me do that)

@Neman Crap. I remember that issue happening when I built the first mesh for male skeleton, but now I cannot remember how I fixed it... I think I'm going to need some time to figure this out again. Will update with more info later.

Im very sorry to bother you, but can I ask you to create a patch/update for the mask *.mesh file in your wonderful mod for the female character skeleton too? I am seeing this weird behavior of the mask model on all female shek/human characters. Thank you in advance! And sorry for my poor English :steamfacepalm:

@Niska24 It's been added to the "swamp bar" vendors at a 20% rate. I hope this is the right vendor for those small swamp villages!

@2PercentNate I only seem to find the gas mask at the swamp vendor in shark. Unless I'm just extremely unlucky, can you set it to also have a chance to spawn in the other swamp vendor shops in the swamp village, stone rat village, rot etc? :)

@Niska24 Since this version of the Gas Mask isn't Hive Soldier only, I felt like it was something the swampers would have come up with so I did end up making that vendor change. Sorry for the confusion! But I'm glad you figured it out :steamthumbsup:
