RS - Mini Transport Car (Bugfix)

Description
Modified version of Terr-Rawr-Saur's Mini Transport Car

Changes are as follows:
- Extended length by two blocks
- Trimmed one block off middle deck (From front side)
- Disconnected deck from rest of train car to allow free rotation without derailing
