Do you hate the constant tooltip spam?

This mod adds a small delay (1s) to the majority of tooltips, and this delay can easily be edited in the mod file for more custom control.

This doesn't change the instant terrain popups, for that, check out:

If you get any visual errors after installing this mod, it's because I can't code to save my life and it's a total botch job. However, I did find and update a mod that fixes these issues. Subscribe to https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2991796472 and place it after the other tooltip mods.
