Description
Another part of the War Paint Material improvements project.

With the original Groups textures added to the game, there's not a whole lot of variety in how certain things are mapped. With this submission I am pitching the idea of adding in 58 new groups textures into the game. A bare-minimum of 1 for each War Paintable item, with some weapons getting a second one for extra variety.

NO EXISTING WAR PAINTS ARE GETTING UPDATED. This is exclusively for NEW War Paints made by the community through custom code.
