Purchasable EXP

Adds an item you can buy at outposts that grants the user 250 experience per use, and cost 1000 marks each. (Exp is NOT shared, granted only to the user)
Hold right click to consume. "Plastic Medals" are sold at vending machines and can be used immediately.

As a mission grants around 10% of the money reward as exp per player, these medals will grant an additional 25% that can be shared between players. So for a 2000 mark mission with 2 players, you would get 200ish experience EACH just by doing the mission, and you could buy 2 medals which would award another 500exp TOTAL, totaling 900exp.

Best for games that you don't expect will last long, but still want to play around with more skills. Impact is much more noticeable with lower player counts.
