The Hal & Davidson FLM-6088/C is a SOLAS freefall lifeboat system, offering a compact, reliable, lifesaving alternative equipped with everything to be desired, with a maximum capacity of 11 persons (helmsman included.) At just over 26 feet, the FLM-6088 is one of the sturdiest, most stable market lifeboats, rating high in safety. Designed specifically for use aboard large tankers, bulk carriers, and rigs, the FLM-6088 is also usable by the wider spectrum of commercial vessels, and rated for arctic and sub-arctic conditions. Thanks to a specialzied gantry, the boat can be launched at a moments notice, with no preparation needed. The FLM-6088 is self-righting, equipped with an automatic bilge pump, transponder & recovery systems, and satellite-geolocation system allowing ease of navigation in any conditions. Enough supplies are carried on-board to sustain eleven people for up to two weeks.
