Crafting Spot Parka

Description
Adds the Parka to the existing Crafting Spot. The tech level of the Parka is already Neolithic, it just can't be crafted by tribal settlers in the unmodded game until the Complex Garments topic is researched because there is no worktable available at start that has the recipe.

11/16/22 updated to add support for Kid Parka

if you mean ritual clothing specific to Anomaly, I'd have to figure out how to safely patch that if you do/don't have that DLC and I have no idea how to do that, so yeah "out of scope"

Aren't hoods also another neolithic level apparel that can't be made until complex clothing; would adding hoods to this list of patches be out of scope for this mod?
