More Meitous - Living World Patch

Compatibility patch for More Meitous and Living World.

After noticing some incompatibilities in-game, I checked all the NPCs given Meitou weapons by the More Meitous mod against the changes made to them by Living World, and brought the Meitous into this patch where need be. So far, it seems that only the following 3 changes are needed — if you use Living World and More Meitous together and discover other Meitous missing, let me know and I'll see if I can fix it by adding to this patch.

• More Meitous gives a Meitou Spiked Club to the Manhunter Boss, who doesn't seem to spawn for me if I have Living World enabled. The Manhunter General from Living World now has the Meitou Spiked Club instead of the Catun level Heavy Jitte he had before.
  
• More Meitous gives Valamon a Meitou Plank in addition to his usual Meitou Longsword. Living World seemed to remove that Plank; this patch restores it. As of version 2, be aware that it also boosts his strength to 90 so he can wield his Plank properly; his attack speed otherwise became so slow that it nerfed his fighting ability.
  
• More Meitous gives Jaegar a Meitou Naginata Katana. Looking at his data with both More Meitous and Living World loaded, that seems to change to a 50/50 chance he'll spawn with it or a Meitou Nodachi. He now has a 100% chance of spawning with the Meitou Naginata Katana (you can already get a Meitou Nodachi from Savant).

Requires Living World and More Meitous. FCS seems to think More Meitous isn't a hard requirement, but if you don't use it, the other Meitou weapons added by More Meitous won't show up, of course.
