Biotech Kids - More Wearable Ideology Hats and Such

Description
Allows more hats (and the blindfold) from Ideology to be worn by children, as well as robes. Includes slave collars for those extra Rimworldy playthroughs. All of these are the preexisting items already in the game.
Requires Biotech and Ideology. Based on a idea from a condiment in the comments under Kid Tribalwear.

I tend to only make mods for myself, so we'll see. There are some changes I do not know how to do, do not want to do, do not have time to do, or simply exist elsewhere.

More banking on the hope that no massive changes breaks anything between now and then, compared to needing to do a whole update just to add a tag.

Okay, had to push a second update to move the Patches folder from under 1.4 to just a generic Patches folder. If anything breaks, just unsubscribe, give it a minute and re-subscribe.

Updated to 1.5. Only a meta-data tag in the About.xml. Nothing should be changed otherwise

There's nothing in it that should break for 1.5, just an annoying error on load. I have been meaning to upload an update and just haven't had time.
