Simply sets the *chance* that ant queens of both types, and spider queens, settle a location as a mound/thicket to 10% instead of **always**

ah, they probably slipped through but the note is that this doesn't stop them from spawning, just causes them to only do so on a 10% chance on a dice roll. Dice rolls do sometimes have rare success chains
