Propaganda and Pin Up Posters

Description
A small mod that adds propaganda from the First and Second World Wars and Pin Up posters featuring some pretty ladies.
Adds to the overall atmosphere of the game in my opinion
I tried my best to get posters that are submarine-centric because, well, this is a game about submarines after all.
