给【魔导师议会（order of loremasters）】和【赫斯欧塔（hexoatl）】新增一种行军方式（new stance）——传送（teleport）
使用条件与奸奇派系一致

use condition same as tzeentch

兼容存档
save is compatible

依旧可用，一般不会随版本过时 @all

So, only Loremaster and Hexoatl can teleport? Now this is a hidden gem, clean and straight to the point. If somebody design a more generic icon, not related with daemons, that would make this perfect
