3000NPC，自动补充，等级构成大概为战损比例

Description
NPC从默认的2000改为3000，修改自2022的原MOD
自动补充缺少NPC，等级近似为各等级战损的，特别是云陌州的。这样不至于打到招不到人。
第一次过月卡顿正常



**********本次更新说明**********
改自2022的MOD，因为原来villain有一个MOD是确定补充各个等级NPC的比例，我把那边的代码复制添加过来了。

加了这个mod 云陌州过月终于能刷出新的具灵散修了
然后我这个宗门也终于能自动招具灵弟子了
原版太特么脑残了，走了30年的时间，整个云陌州根本找不到具灵散修
我现在才知道宗门只能自动招低级的散修。。。。
差点连宗门大比的人都凑不齐

Effects: if these 3000 npcs weren't generated during the world generation. Then they will have less tangling relationship (small family, less friends,etc...) this is also the reason that generating 3000 npcs during world generation is a really heavy task as the game has to handle 3000 npcs' tangling relationship.

Advice: Disable the mod when creating a new world.
Activate the mod and it will take effect in the next months.
Reason: Generating 3000+ npcs has bugs as it will freeze in generating relationship with these npcs.

To be clear, this mod sets the NPC's in the world to 3000, it does this at the start of the next month or when you first load in on a new game.

There is a brief pause when it does this.

Also it updates to 3000 every month, replenshing any lost npcs.

You do not need to make a new game to benefit from this.
