Wimpomanufacturing 'Terms, Definitions and Conventions' Guide

Description

Here you will find all the rules that Wimpomanufacturing should* follow when building vehicles in Empyrion. You will find some in the images above which are also displayed below (just because these steam blueprint descriptions have a character limit), plus some additional defined terms at the bottom.
I also use this blueprint to host some images I use for the descriptions of actual ship blueprints, e.g. the underlined "Description" title used just above this text.

*should - I try my best to follow these rules, but if it's either not feasible or will limit creativity, then I will bend or break them for the good of the build.

* In The Blueprint Name
Any Wimpomanufacturing builds that have an asterisk symbol (*) in the blueprint name do not comply with a gamerule. The mojarity of these instances are non-compliance with the "Device Limit" rule - the build will most likely have more than the allowed number of a specific turret type. However, this can sometimes also be a non-compliance with the "CPU Limits" rule - these builds will either need an Advanced Core or for CPU limits to be turned off. This will ALWAYS be explained in the description of the build, so look out for the asterisk symbol.

- NOTE - This device naming convention does inevitably lead to the occasional "FrontBottom".
I, of course, approach each occurrence with maturity and most definitely DO NOT draw any attention to them AT ALL.

N.B. Structural Frame applies to CVs only.

Other Terms:
Vehicle Types/Grid Sizes
Generally speaking, Wimpomanufacturing refers to the following grid-size vehicles as the listed vehicle types:
C.V. -
Vessels or Ships
S.V. -
Craft or Ships
H.V. -

A ship's ability to strafe, ascend, descend, accelerate and decelerate (without turning or pitching, etc).
Multi Purpose vs Multi Role
General Purpose -
A General Purpose vehicle can do a little bit of everything, mostly, but to a limited degree only.
Multi-Purpose -
A Multi-Purpose vehicle can be adapted or configured, usually with "attachable" pods or modules designed for that specific vehicle, to perform one of a selection of roles.
Multirole -
A Multirole vehicle is designed to perform 2 or more roles without the need to modify.
Command Centres
Bridge -
A command centre of a large vessel is a "Bridge" if it is intended to be "always manned" and is typically found on a dorsal (top) surface rather than at the front of a vessel.
Battle Bridge -
Any vessel that has a Bridge that also has a well protected command centre (usually towards the centre of the vessel) to control the ship from during a combat situation, that protected combat centre is called a "Battle Bridge".
Cockpit -
A command centre of any ship when that command centre is not intended to be manned 24/7, found at the front of large vessels and either at the front of or on top of small ships.
Combat Control Centre -
Any vessel that has a Cockpit that also has a well protected command centre (usually towards the centre of the vessel) to control the ship from during a combat situation, that protected combat centre is called a "Combat Control Centre".
Deck Labelling
Any ship or vessel that has a Cockpit, the decks are numbered, from the bottom up, regardless of which deck the cockpit is on. Any vessel that has a Bridge, the decks are numbered, with the bridge on 'Deck 1' and counting down from there, with any decks above the bridge being lettered, starting with 'A Deck' directly above the bridge and ascending alphabetically.
