Access through Journal->Decisions

Does lots of things like:
- Increased production
- Increased taxes
- OP military
- Nearly no welfare cost
- Nearly no military maintenance fees
- Increased standards of living

The list goes on.

It crashes whenever I use it. No matter, doesnt look like the author aims to update it though.

Hi peeps. The mod has now been updated to have separate categories, you will find a menu under the Journal -> Decisions category. I have also fixed some bugs and balanced it so hopefully it is better now.
