BFE Style Sniper (Replacement)

I did a reworked sniper a while back and was asked by a few people if I could do a BFE Sniper, so I did. I'm pretty happy with it, though I don't think anything can compare to the absolute majesty that is the BFE Sniper Rifle. It's a semi-automatic powerhouse with an insanely fast fire rate, no reloading, and enough stopping power to kill most medium enemies in 1-3 shots. Is it OP, yes; is it fun as hell, you betcha!

It does have a few major downsides though to keep it from eliminating the rest of your arsenal. The hip fire is absolutely dreadful like in BFE, ammo from ammo pickups has been reduced, and most importantly you can no longer dual wield or combo this weapon; it's strictly two handed.

List O' Changes:

- Weapon pickup name changed from Sniper to Sniper Rifle (wow, what a riveting change!)
- Scoping time reduced from 0.2 to 0.06 (faster scoping)
- Hip fire scatter increased from 4 to 12
- Recoil duration increased from 0 to 0.74 (makes weapon fire faster)
- All ammo pickups reduced from 6 to 4
- Two handed only weapon (cannot dual wield or combo with Mix It Up perk)
- No Reloading!

Tips & Strategies:

- Use the faster scope-in time to unscope and reposition more often
- Very effective against scattered harpies and biomech minors
- Utilize the faster fire rate for followup shots on targets you missed or for thinning out hordes as they close in
- Use the two-handed nature of the weapon to quickly exit dual wielding/combo weapons
- Take advantage of the bottomless magazine to hold sight lines for longer
