This mod adds the Neko Xenotype including a new Gene for it that increases restrate.
This version is them without Fur.

Do yourself a favor and get one of the ear retuxtures.

Hey, your mod seems to patch on the Yttakin faction instead of the neanderthal one, so you get neanderthals instead of Yttakin

No new faction, the Nekos actually spawn as part of the neantherthal faction so keep your eyes peeled.
That means just adding the mod should make them show up eventually.
