The Icons to assign tank roles disappear, perhaps caused by the missing code in interface/tank_designer_view.gui. I replace it with the file from "Additional Tank Slots", and fix the problem.

The mod seems to be broken. You cannot change the tank role, the tab is blank.

This mod makes it possible to have multiple stabilizer modules. They were limited to one per tank in vanilla after a balance patch but this mod makes it too easy to cheese the breakthrough stat. Could you fix that?
