Instructions for Steam downloads:

! From the beginning, go to the "Steam\steamapps\common\Left4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media" folder. Take the files "l4d2_background01,02,03,04,05" and leave them in another folder so you don't lose them.

Further:

1 - Subscribe to the article.
2 - Enter the game, wait for all addons to load and close the game.
3 - Go to this folder "\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop".
4 - Find the mod file 2880652476.vpk.
5 - Use GCFScape to open the .vpk file.
6 - Open the 2880652476.vpk with GCFScape and extract the l4d2_background02.bik.
7 - Place the l4d2_background02.bik file at "Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media".
8 - Open the game and enjoy.
