Subject Tax Fixes

Description
Reduces the amount of tax paid by subjects to be in line with what the Vickypedia says they should be paying.

Puppet 30% => 20%
Dominion 25% => 10%
Vassal 30% => 15%
Tributary 20% => 10%

Subject Tax Fixes is included in Victoria III Improvement Collection 維多利亞三世改進系列 (V1.1.0 12/26/22). With 88 working mods. I provide you with the order list you just copy and paste, No sorting manual work needed, enjoy!

Confirmed this has not been fixed. Loaded UK with and without the mod..OP without the mod.

please explain the error in vanillia? i'm confused. So i know a puppet says via vickypedia that they pay 20% so, you're saying that's not true?
