just a simply destroy the building map, it has a easter egg too, yeah i dont know what else to say just blow up the building.

no you dont JBModder, go to "Create Server" and then look for the map "jb_bombtower", select it and then click on "create" and then you'll be loaded in to it, hope this helps! -Mr Malos
