Less Silly USA Names

Description
A mod to replace the base game's silly USA names with somewhat more grounded ones.

Not fullt satisfied with the one for Theocracy - I chose "primacy" because that's what protestant theocracies are called in the base game, open to suggestion for better names.

I've added the North American Technate, and changed the monarchy name to American Empire, mostly to allow for Emperor Norton to rule with his righteous title

Could you add a technocratic name as well? 'North American Technate' or 'Utopian States of America'? its the only one thats missing
