It's A Riot

Description
A challenge mode, will replace all common infected with riot cops.

Notes:
-May not work on some custom campaigns with custom zombie populations. I cannot fix that
-Will clash with other population addons. If it doesn't work check your addon list to ensure there are no conflicts.
