Would you like to have better colored hearts and consistent UI with pickups?

If so, this is for you!

This mod changes the UI sprites and pickups for all hearts in the game.

Hello people, I tested the mod in the new update and it seems to work perfectly, is there any specific bug or any new heart that I haven't added? :isaac:

As for support for other mods, at some point I might get to work on that, lately I'm not very up to date with Isaac
