Flare Launcher V2 Moiety

Description
Allows for up to six things to be launched separately. Designed for flares but can be used for other things too.

Logical connections:
- Composite input (for hooking up to an instrument panel for example)
- Composite output (for hooking up to an instrument panel for example)
- Push button on/off input
- Six on/off outputs to connect to the flares/things to launch

Settings:
- Number of things
- Fire from either the composite or the on/off input
