Compact State Overview [Updated for 1.9]

Description
Had enough of comically large icons and empty space on your state overview?

This mod enables the compact state overview that was locked to developer mode. It also makes it the primary view, but you can still toggle between it and the original with the button on the terrain image, which is highlighted on the above screenshot.

I've also made the following improvements to the overview since release:
-It now allows downgrading and building cancellation.
-It now shows unemployment.
-Added an option to hide potential buildings.

FYI, if there's too many state modifiers, the whole view gets shifted off to the side!

Sorry, I noticed they added some new entries to the menu (world trade access etc.) and didn't have time to patch it properly before going on vacation. It should be updated now, let me know if anything seems out of place!

The mod is updated for 1.8 now, sorry for being late, lots of stuff going on irl.
I've also added the famine tooltips to compact view.

What do you mean exactly? The only building thing related I added is the ability to hide building with no levels on minimalistic view and a button to downgrade them beside the existing button to upgrade them.
