Homing Mines

Description
Instead of just exploding when an enemy ship is nearby, mines now will accelerate towards that ship and explode on impact dealing maximum damage.

multiplayer desync is fixed now i think

having it cause desyncs when in multiplayer/co-op. mods sync up, but for some reason there is a long reloading resync every time a mine set is dropped.

水雷不会在敌人的鞭子靠近时爆炸，而是会加速冲向敌人的舰船，并在撞击时爆炸，造成最大的伤害。

地雷也有更多的健康。

is it possible to have invisible mines?
so enemy point defenses don't target them?
they can cost more parts or so...

really like this mod, but when the mines detonate in mp it causes desync/resync every time
