Small Warehouse Hub

Description
This is a warehouse hub designed to handle 10 Small Warehouses. A small utility area with space for police, fire, and recycling/incinerator is included. This hub is significantly smaller and cheaper than any Large Warehouse hub and is perfect for smaller cities.

If you remove the utility area you can push to 12 warehouses and the hub will handle it but it's not ideal.

The one-way lane between the entrance and exit is to provide a loop for utility vehicles.

Looks like it would be a bit arse-about-face if used for RHD-LHT traffic (UK, Oz, Japan etc.)
