Saint Hoals was a field hospital constructed during WW2 in eastern Poland and used by the German army and later the Soviet army. After WW2 the Soviets converted the Hospital into an Asylum and held the most extreme patients that other Asylums wouldn't take and doing horrendous experiments on them giving it the nickname "The Hole". In 1989 the Asylum was shut down due to lack of funding.
