New York Switcher!

Description
This epic urban layout has manual railroad crossings!
The layout is based on the rail lines around CSX Fresh Pond Yard, and the CSX Bushwick Line. Connected to these main sections are:

The Westside Industrial Park - based on the Northside Industrial Park from MRR Magazine
Highview Ave. - based on Progressive Rail from MRR Magazine
Riverside Yard - A six track yard with minimal AI CTC, and an accessible U-turn for returning freight
Uptown Yard - A five track yard with minimal AI CTC, and an accessible U-turn for returning freight
AI Yard East/West - A seven track yard with three East departing and seven West departing via an AI CTC system

You can also look up other POIs via their name or coordinates.

On the layout, you'll find multiple switches throughout.

1) Manual RRX Switches!!
Switches near railroad crossings offer the option to manually activate the RRX. With the switch active, the crossing signals will remain active even if trains/freight are stopped on the crossing.
(Note: the automatic function is always on and takes priority over the manual function; ie. "manual off" will not
stop the signals if a train is moving over the crossing - but will maintain the signals after the train has
crossed/stopped)

2) AI CTC
I'll admit this system is rudimentary but it works in a similar way. Positioning the switch DOWN [default] sets the signal to red and stops all AI trains. Likewise, positioning the switch UP sets the signal to green and allows the AI train to proceed.
The system functions by having freight positioned under the layout, where DOWN switches a disguised rail switch to the obstructed route and UP switches the track to the clear route.
For this to function correctly,
***The Entire Train Must Go Through The Switch Before Switching The Signal/Track***

Hope you all enjoy this layout as much as I've enjoyed making it!!

Probably the best layout for switching and operations on the workshop. Great Work!
