Thirdperson Weapon Attachments Fix

Description
Makes a simple fix to some weapons where they wouldn't get attached to the thirdperson animations
Unfortunately this doesn't fix the grenade for some reason
Somehow grenade attachment works now
Model bone attachments were reused from HL2 Deathmatch

@graysondadone actually jbmod came before gmod and garry took inspiration from jbmod. So without jbmod there would be no gmod
