(BFE) Serious Sam 4-Like C4 Throw Speed

Description
Edits the animation file of C4 so Sam throws it sooner, making it more similar to Serious Sam 4, this also edits sounds to fit better.

Credits to Croteam for Serious Sam 4.

@Dextrose the animation itself wasn't actually sped up, also i was trying to make it accurate to sam4

Would it be possible to slow it down a tad bit? Maybe in between old speed and new so the animation looks a tad more natural.
